Is dating always free?

Not always, no, but there are certainly free sites out there.  The biggest is probably plenty of fish which is huge in the UK and USA.  However, with that does come the risk of people who do not take dating seriously.  Otherwise you are looking at a dating website that runs it own payments with its own merchant account - someone like eharmony.com.  Whatever you choose to do, best of luck with your online dating!
